Our request for beamtime on APS General User Proposal GUP-8538, entitled "Structure determination of microcrystalline samples (chiral optical materials, polymers, phototherapeutics)", has been approved for 2 years (6 runs) and 6 shifts each run. Beamtime for 1-2008 has been allocated at CMC for early April.

2008

April

Beamtime for 1-2008 is scheduled for for early April at CMC. Please indicated that you want to submit samples no later than four weeks in advance via sending a sample submission form. Submit your samples no later than two weeks in advance to Maren Pink at IUMSC.

2007

December

During beamtime for 3-2007 at CMC ( December 6 to 8) 30 samples from 7 institutions were investigated. The data collections were monitored and data were archived using CIMA.

Our GUP has expired and a Rapid Access proposal to ChemMatCARS was approved. 17 samples from 6 different institutions were measured in 8 shifts. The Bruker setup was used with a wavelength was 0.48595 Å. Maren Pink collected the data. The data collection was monitored and data were archived using CIMA.

22 samples from 5 different institutions and 8 different research groups were measured in 7 shifts. The Bruker setup was used; the wavelengths was 4.3321 Å. Maren Pink collected the data. The data collections were monitored and data were archived using CIMA.

21 samples from 6 different institutions and 8 different research groups were investigated. The Bruker setup was used; the wavelength was 0.49594 Å. Maren Pink and Victor Young collected the data. The data collections were monitored and data were archived using CIMA.

19 samples from 4 different institutions and 6 different research groups were investigated. The Huber setup was used; the wavelength was 0.49594 Å. Maren Pink collected the data. The data collections were monitored and data were archived using CIMA.
