The IUMSC has been involved in several major initiatives this past year. In addition to the structural studies being done locally, we have assisted in the establishment of the "SCrAPS" collaboration to allow access to synchrotron radiation at the APS for very small samples, or for those requiring the specialized wavelengths available. Further information is available at http://www.iumsc.indiana.edu/projects/SCrAPS/index.html.

The "Reciprocal Net" distributed molecular database project has been funded by the Division of Undergraduate Education at the NSF. Details of this and other Crystallographic Informatics projects are available on the Crystallographic Informatics link on this web site.
